Quick Intro – ASRO
ASRO is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and empowerment of challenged children and disabled adults, particularly women. It was inspired by the journey of Armaghan Khan, whose recovery from cerebral palsy motivated his parents to establish a center for special children from underprivileged families in Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
ASRO provides essential services including physiotherapy, speech therapy, inclusive education, special equipment, and vocational training. It also works for community development, poverty alleviation, women’s socio-economic empowerment, and advocacy for human rights.
